As with any new way of thinking the ideas and concepts in the Thinking in Services require both learning and unlearning. Reading the book by itself opens up new pathways in your mind. You are able to look at longstanding problems from new perspectives and solve them to a greater extent. But the fun really begins with the development of new skills and practices. There are training programs to facilitate that.
So far about 225 people from industry and government have gone through the training. Most of them through programs privately by organizations who have adopted this new way of thinking. In 2018, the training became more publicly available in the United States and the Netherlands. 2019 brings two new training programs: Grokking the Fundamentals and Developing Strategic Narratives.
